GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE'S PAL
YARDMASTER DAVE TOLMAN
Thanks
Dave for being you!
We'll all
miss your sense of humor and your crazy assed antics. You were
the one who always found a way to put a smile on people's
faces. You made us laugh. You even blamed us when you screwed
up the switch lists....... But there was only one "Davey
Tolman" and we'll all miss you.
Best of
luck to the "GOOD" Tolman!

Railroading is a wonderful life.
It can have it's good days and it's
rough days.
No matter what happens in the future, we always have
great railroad memories to cherish.

I
am proud of my craft. I am proud of 99.5% of my coworkers.
I am proud to be a railroader.
I am damn proud of the fact that no matter how little
support we get, we still get out there and get the job
done.
This web site is dedicated to the many great members of my
wonderful railroad family who I have had the honor and
pleasure to work with for the last quarter century..
It's because of you, and only you this
place has survived so long.
You know who you are. You're the ones who go out every day
in the stations, yards, along the main line and on the
trains and give 100 plus percent every single day of
your railroad life because you're a damn proud railroader.
The one word you're familiar with and not afraid of is
WORK. The one word you never, ever hear is THANK
YOU. But at the end of your railroad day, you can rest
assured that you've done your best no matter what they've
thrown at you and you've earned every last red cent they
pay you.
You are and will always be the heart and soul of the
railroad.
The great memories you have provided us with will last
forever!

I
would like to share some of our wonderful and sometimes
trying experiences with you.

pride in being railroaders.
That is one thing they will
never be able to take
from us."

I thought brotherhood was DEAD on the railroad.
From the looks of your site, it is at least alive on
the Northeast Corridor.
Out west, there aren't many brothers anymore, just
people looking for a paycheck.
The photos are far better than anything a railfan
magazine could ever do.
I wish I had my camera out a lot more now....and maybe
I will.
Thanks for the great site.
